Express Post orders placed before 10am (Sydney time) on a business day are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Standard Post orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders of $20,000 and above ship with DHL. All other orders ship with Australia Post. All orders require signature on delivery.

As a luxury consignment business, all sales are final.
On the rare occasion that a ready to wear or shoe purchase doesn't fit, we may consider a return for store credit only, assessed on a case by case basis. These must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, and return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Bags, accessories, and jewellery are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Faulty or damaged items must be
reported within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, and in these cases
