From New Zealand Roots to Luxury Resale Pioneer
I grew up in New Zealand, in a family that taught me the value of my work, my mum is a nurse, my dad a teacher. I’ve always been a dreamer at heart. My first job was at 14, and by the time I was getting ready for university, I was juggling two jobs at once. Early on, I realised that working wasn’t just about earning money, it was about independence, thinking outside of the box, and shaping my own path.
At 23, I left New Zealand for Australia, diving into the beauty industry as a clinic manager and educator for Australian Skin Clinics and Laser Clinics Australia. From there, I launched an international skincare brand with my then-husband, cementing my entrepreneurial drive. I’ve always been curious, driven, and obsessed with doing things better, finding creative solutions, colouring outside the lines, and showing up authentically.

The Birth of Lucy’s Luxury

Lucy’s Luxury started from a simple idea: to create a space where luxury meets accessibility, and where shopping and selling designer pieces is an experience. Warm, personal, and inspiring. I wanted every client to feel seen, safe, and delighted, whether they’re selling a beloved piece or discovering their next luxury treasure.
Beyond sustainable luxury and circular fashion, what drives me most is being of service. Watching a buyer’s face light up when they find a piece they’ve been dreaming of, knowing they saved a fortune, is incomparable. And then seeing a consignor free up space in their wardrobe, letting go of the old and inviting in the new. It’s a full-circle experience that’s rewarding on every level.
Customer service isn’t just a component of my business, it’s the heart of it. Every client deserves to feel cared for, to know they’re understood, and to experience a brand that feels like a trusted friend. That high-touch, relational approach is what makes Lucy’s Luxury feel unique and what keeps our clients coming back.

Two Worlds, One Life
Outside work, you’ll find me barefoot, fresh from hot Pilates or yoga, shopping at the farmers’ markets, journaling, meditating, and indulging in sound healing. Yet, when I step into the world of Lucy’s Luxury, I embrace designer dresses, Birkins, Chanel, Dior, and Van Cleef and my love for exquisite craftsmanship and beauty.
For a long time, I thought these two worlds couldn’t coexist. But now I know they absolutely can. I am unapologetically myself: part wellness, part high-fashion, and always authentic. I’m also the queen of finding luxury bargains, whether through my clients or my own discoveries, I love uncovering luxury treasures at incredible prices.

I’ve been immersed in the luxury world for nearly eight years. From personal experience as a VIP client to managing and building relationships with some of Australia and New Zealand’s most sophisticated collectors, I know what it feels like to aspire to luxury, without paying full price. Our team knows how to spot fakes from a mile away, and we maintain rigorous authentication standards to ensure every piece is genuine. But expertise is only part of the story.
