Consigning With Us
Not always. Receipts and packaging can increase resale value, but they’re not required. If you don’t have proof of authenticity, we can arrange third-party authentication (fees may apply).
Simply send clear photos and details (brand, condition, packaging, receipts) via Instagram DM or email. Our team will confirm what’s suitable for resale.
No. There are no listing or hidden fees. Our commission is only taken once your item sells. Optional services like authentication or courier collection are deducted from your payout.
You can ship them to our secure PO Box, use one of our scheduled city drop-offs, book a courier, or request concierge collection. International consignors are also welcome.
Pricing is based on brand, condition, demand, and original RRP. We follow market benchmarks (e.g. bags often list at 20–40% below current RRP) but every item is individually assessed.
We can either relist it at a new price or return it to you. We’ll work with you to decide the best option.
Once your item sells and ships, payouts are processed in the next end-of-month cycle. You can track your payout anytime in ConsignCloud. customers.

Yes — all orders are shipped express, insured, and tracked. Costs vary depending on location and will be confirmed before dispatch.
Because items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges aren’t offered unless the item was misrepresented. We encourage you to request extra photos or details before purchase.
