Please read this policy carefully before placing a payment plan order. By proceeding at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

Your agreement

Lucy's Luxury offers a payment plan option on eligible purchases, allowing customers to secure a piece with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over an agreed period. The piece is held by Lucy's Luxury until payment is received in full.

By placing a payment plan order at checkout, you enter into a payment plan agreement with Lucy's Luxury Consignments Pty Ltd. The terms of your agreement are confirmed in your order confirmation email, including the deposit amount, balance owing, and balance due date.

Deposit

A deposit is required at checkout to secure your piece. The deposit percentage varies based on the total order value and is displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Balance payment

The remaining balance is due by the date confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email. You will receive a weekly invoice reminder throughout your payment plan period.

For orders under $10,000, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card stored on file on the due date. You are welcome to pay your balance in full at any time before the due date using the Pay Now link in your weekly invoice emails. 

For orders $10,000 and above, the remaining balance is payable by bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided in your order confirmation email and in each weekly invoice. Full payment must be received by the due date confirmed at checkout.

Missed payments

If a payment is missed, Lucy's Luxury will contact you to arrange payment. If the balance is not received by the due date and a resolution cannot be reached, Lucy's Luxury reserves the right to cancel the payment plan agreement. In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Any balance payments made above the deposit amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation by the customer

If you wish to cancel your payment plan before delivery, please contact us at hello@lucysluxury.com.au. The deposit paid is non-refundable. Any balance payments made above the deposit amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation by Lucy's Luxury

If Lucy's Luxury cancels a payment plan for any reason other than a breach by the customer, for example if the piece is no longer available, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
