With your piece defined, we draw on the relationships we've built with specialists and boutiques around the world to locate it, wherever it happens to be.
We secure your piece
Once your piece is found, we walk you through everything: pricing, expected delivery, and the documentation that accompanies it. A deposit secures it exclusively for you, with the balance settled before it makes its way to you.
Inspection and delivery
Every piece passes through our hands before it reaches yours. We confirm it against your order, verify every inclusion, and complete our authentication process, so what arrives is exactly what you were promised.
Delivered your way
Receiving a piece should feel as considered as finding it. Depending on where you are, we can deliver it to you personally when we're next in your city, welcome you to collect it by appointment from our Byron Bay Showroom, or arrange secure, fully insured delivery directly to your door.
