Shipping policy

Every piece that leaves Lucy's Luxury is sent with the same care we give to everything we do.

All orders are dispatched with signature on delivery and full transit insurance as standard, so you can purchase with complete confidence that your piece is protected from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives with you.

Delivery is available throughout Australia and New Zealand, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the category and value of your piece.

Dispatch Timeframes

Express Post orders placed before 10am Sydney time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next available business day.

Standard Post orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Estimated Delivery

As Lucy's Luxury is based in a regional area, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Express Post: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
Standard Post: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are outside of our control. During busy periods, public holidays, and sales events, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.

Courier

Orders of $20,000 AUD or more are always shipped with DHL, including orders shipping to New Zealand. All other orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Insurance

All pieces are insured for their full value while in transit.

Tracking

Full tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
