Every piece at Lucy's Luxury is assessed by hand before it is listed. We grade honestly so you know exactly what you are buying.
Unworn and in perfect condition throughout. May or may not include original tags.
Presents as new. Any minor imperfections from storage or age are only visible under close inspection.
Used only once or twice. Minimal imperfections that require close inspection to detect. An exceptional pre-loved piece.
Lightly used with a small number of visible imperfections consistent with careful wear. Presents beautifully.
Shows visible signs of wear including marks and flaws. Priced to reflect condition. Please review all condition photos carefully.
A well loved piece with a notable flaw that may require restoration. Priced significantly to reflect condition. Please review all condition notes and photos before purchasing.

Every order is fully insured for its value in transit, with tracking details emailed to you the moment it's dispatched.
Express Post orders placed before 10am (Sydney time) on a business day are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Standard Post orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders of $20,000 and above ship with DHL. All other orders ship with Australia Post. All orders require signature on delivery.

As a luxury consignment business, all sales are final.
On the rare occasion that a ready to wear or shoe purchase doesn't fit, we may consider a return for store credit only, assessed on a case by case basis. These must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, and return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Bags, accessories, and jewellery are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Faulty or damaged items must be
reported within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, and in these cases
