• "You" and "Your" refer to the user, consignor, or buyer accessing this website or engaging our services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms our site, operations, or clients.

3. Product Descriptions & Listings

All luxury items sold on Lucy’s Luxury are authenticated and curated. We make every effort to ensure descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, due to the nature of pre-owned items, minor variations in colour, wear, or presentation may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in AUD and inclusive of GST (where applicable). Items may be offered with flexible payment plans (refer to our Consignment Agreement for details). First payments on payment plans are non-refundable.

5. Consignment Terms

If you choose to consign items with us, you are subject to our Consignment Agreement, which includes commission tiers, authentication processes, payment timelines, and early termination terms.

6. Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. All items are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a return is granted (e.g., due to misrepresentation or damage in transit), it must be approved and initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, copy, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Lucy’s Luxury and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucy’s Luxury disclaims all liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from use of our site, services, or products.

9. Force Majeure

Lucy’s Luxury shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping delays, tech outages).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or site will be resolved in the applicable courts of NSW.
